Job Description : Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Tax Planning and structuring for various businesses and legal entities from both direct and indirect tax standpoint
- Bringing down the effective tax costs/tax rate under both direct and indirect tax
- Responsible for all statutory compliances with regard to both direct and indirect taxation
- Handle the direct tax and transfer pricing assessments, appeals filing submissions and making representations before revenue authorities
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant, you should be CA with more than 8 years of experience.
- You should have worked with a manufacturing multinational in their taxation team, and should have experience of direct, indirect taxation and transfer pricing
