About our Client : Our client is a India MNC with varied business interests. Their biggest vertical is Real Estate but they also have a manufacturing setup that caters to India and international markets. They are looking for a seasoned tax expert to take care of their Direct & Indirect taxes at the group level.

Job Description : Reporting into the CFO you will be responsible for:

- Filing return of income of entire group and regular assessment of group companies

- Working with external counsel to draft appeals and submissions

- Representing matters related to stay before income tax authorities

- Planning and advising the management on various tax related issues

- Oversee the representation of the company before appellate tribunal & high court

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified chartered accountant with 10+ years of post qualification experience within overall Taxation.

- You work in a promoter driven set-up and have complete exposure to manufacturing/real estate industry. You are heading the tax department of a mid sized business.

- You have excellent leadership and communication skills.
