Opening for Talent Search Head

Seeking Mid to Senior level Talent Search professionals for an Ivy League Founder Partner driven Leadership Consulting & Coaching organization. Head of Talent Search will direct business growth, renewal activities of the organization, closure of positions & drive new client relationships for the company.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Originate & manage client relationships effectively by understanding business space, market & client demands

2. Bring in business wise approach of creating & sustaining long term client relationships

3. Implement search using internal (database) & external (networks) methods

4. Conduct candidate interviews at application or registry stage, work with internal teams to ensure paperwork, administration & invoicing are handled correctly

5. Actively search for new candidates & seek to grow executive search company business by partnering with new clients

6. Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business including cross sell focus & setting targets for new business development

7. Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts & forming strategic partnerships with large industry bodies & other companies to leverage existing networks.

8. Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.

Requisite skills & experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Tact, articulation, analytical & methodical solutioning approach

- Understanding talent & clients well, ability to marry talent with client needs accurately

- Self-motivated & results driven

- Have good understanding of HR & Technology space/skills

- Learning agility, unconventional thinking & fiery spirit

- Humility to learn, consultative relationship selling skills, previous experience in managing Technology, Learning & Leadership Consulting relationships

- Ability to manage delicate balance of assertiveness with kindness & dogged results orientation

- Excellent negotiation skills, influencing skills, maturity, executive presence & proven track record of successfully driving existing/new business

- Networking abilities & history of increasing revenue through generation of leads

- Open to professionals with 6-10 yrs experience

Compensation will be on a Revenue Sharing model. Location not a constraint.
