Head - Talent & Performance Management - IT (12-18 yrs)
Position : Role :
- Implement and monitor the Company Performance Management cycle and process to ensure timely tracking, monitoring and reporting of Company KPIs related to performance appraisal and to ensure alignment with leadership and Manager objectives
- Lead the design, implementation and ongoing updating of the Performance Management and Competency Framework for all positions. Ensure there is continuous assessment, review and periodic verification of the framework
- Design, build and implement a framework for managerial development identifying and institutionalizing the key attributes
- Design in close co-operation with the BU HR Heads programs to enhance managerial capabilities
- Create a system of measuring organization-wide competence gaps to ensure relevant and effective Training and Development initiatives
Requirements :
- MBA (HR) with 12+ yrs experience in a HR leadership position and at least 5 years experience in designing and leading HR programs preferably enterprise wide programs
- Experience of having worked in IT or IT services industry in India or internationally
- Ability to lead, motivate and deliver in a global and matrix organization
- Strategic Business Acumen and a deep understanding of performance levers for individuals, teams and organizations
- Deep knowledge and understanding of contemporary trends in Performance management and the ever changing drivers of performance in different works force generations
- Excellent communications skills; oral, written and presentation skills
