They have been growing aggressively in the India market and are currently looking to hire the head of Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.   Job Description:  Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include :   - Driving implementation of the Talent Management process which includes identification and development of key talent and Succession Planning for Critical Positions  - Leading Performance Management cycle for business, from creation of Balanced Scorecards for leadership team to driving closure of Annual performance reviews and Promotions for all employees  - Designing, implementing and administering Monthly Performance Linked Incentive Plans and Rewards & Recognition programs  - Identify the gaps and create a framework to address the same.   - Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance  The Successful Applicant :  - You must have in depth expertise and understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits in COE roles, with good exposure to HR strategy roles  - You will come with 9 -12 years of strong experience   - MBA in HR from Tier 1 B-school preferred  What's on Offer :  This is an excellent opportunity to lead end to end TM, PMS and C&B with one of the most well established organizations in the auto space.
