It is based at Mumbai.  Job Profile:  Organization Effectiveness:  - Gauging organization effectiveness through focus areas & action planning derived through Annual E SAT surveys.   - Circle level action plan review   - Functional level priorities & action plan  Work-group effectiveness:  - Work group effectiveness roll out   - Analysis of survey results & actions plans at national & work group level  - Review & monitoring of work group actions  Talent Management:  - TM Process survey.  - End to end plan for roll out of project plan for TM process.  - Talent Analytic for national actions  - Talent Review plan and roll out  - Communication on TR with Circle HR Teams  - Outcome of TR - Implementation  Campus Management:  - Ensuring campus process is rolled out as per timelines  - Campus engagement  - Sharing analytic by function & have discussion with CXOs connect  - Meeting with CXOs & show functional insights  Other TM Processes/ Employee engagement & Connect initiatives:  - Employee Value Proposition   - Actions on basis of harmonious workplace survey  - Awards - Annual Group R & R  Candidate's profile:  - Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources / Social Sciences  - 10-15 years experience. Minimum 5 years of exposure to National / Regional roles of handling OD / TM or similar portfolios
