HR Specialist- Talent Management & OD – Conglomerate with Global presence

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in). We have been partnering premier organizations in India and overseas in their Leadership hiring since the past three decades.

The current role is with a Global player in the Automotive , Paints, Lubricant space for its Indian operations.

The incumbent would be the responsible for

- Strategic Talent Management, People Focus Excellence and other interventions.

- All employee engagement programs.

- Carrying out organizational health surveys

- Succession planning

- Talent development programs

In short, the creator and process owner of all Talent Management and OD initiatives of the Group. He/she would work closely with the Head of HR and assist him in formulating HR strategies for the organisation.

We invite application from premier B school graduates with 5-8 years of post qualification experience. Should have experience in devising and implementing development programs. Must be a strategic thinker and not into mere execution of projects.

Remuneration – Rs. 25- 30 lacs (would commensurate experience)
