Our client is one of the leading provider of Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing and Consulting services, looking for Head of Talent Management to be based in Bangalore.

- The Director of Talent Management will be responsible for leading the Talent Management strategy, process and systems across the organisation globally as well as enabling the identification, assessment, movement and development of top talent.

Role will be based in Bangalore, looking for candidates with minimum 16 years of experience working in large IT organisation.
