Head of Talent management  Will manage and develop competencies and skills, create career paths, and deploy performance management outcomes through Learning, Development & Enhancement to help achieve the Organisational goals.  The incumbent shall be responsible for :   Conceptualising, Building, Validating and Cascading the Talent Management framework across globe under the supervision of the VP - COE.   Creating leadership bandwidth through :  Succession Planning  Talent Reviews  Career Plans / paths  Map & Deploy competencies  Development Centres  Talent Assessment  Exposure to engagement study & initiatives and follow up actions thereafter to use feedback required.   Should be able to leverage values of the organisation and drill them down for internalisation and aspects of cultural integration for growth challenges in collaboration with L&OD.   The Company uses external consulting support for some key initiatives, however, for which the individual should have domain knowledge.   We require your updated profile in a word format to take the process ahead.  Education Details :  MBA from premiere B-School.  Desired profile :  Extensive work done in the area of Talent Management at the corporate for a large workforce spread across the globe. Should be hands on with all requisite frameworks.
