A listed Company in Kuwait.   Role Description:  - To setup and implement the strong talent management practice and lead a team towards ensuring the alignment with the strategic objectives of the organisation  - Develop and implement HR interventions in the areas of value cascade, transformation, change management, employee engagement & culture building  - Develop and create learning & training architecture that aims at enhancing work force competency, building leadership capabilities and provide a conducive learning environment for new hires and existing employees  - To collaborate with business and function to understand needs and translating them into an executable talent management strategy for cross functional movement, career development, coaching and mentoring  - Design and implement initiatives related to change management, 360 degree feedback & employee satisfaction surveys etc.  - Driving Employee communication that is consistent and reflects the organizations vision, values and purpose  - To collaborate, consult, partner and influence different functions across the organization for improving employee engagement and regularly gauge them through engagement/climate surveys  - To design and conduct Job evaluation (span & layer related) study to drive business effectiveness  - Managing, training, coaching and mentoring talent management team to ensure that HR service deliverables are effective  - Manage Employee Retention and initiatives related to employer branding which includes participation in People practice surveys  - Accountable for driving end-to-end talent management & training delivery including managing related budgets in a most cost effective manner  Functional Skills:  - Strong knowledge of processes & practices pertaining to talent management & learning  - Should have a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive rapport at all levels of employees in the organization  - Should have expertise in Designing & delivering training programs including Content development  - Excellent communication (both written and spoken ) and presentation skills and ease to interface with senior team members in the organization  - Should be multi-tasker, persuasive & possess strong conceptual and execution capabilities  - Should be analytical, good negotiator & critical thinker with good problem solving skills  - MBA HR with relevant post qualification experience leading Talent Management/Change Management function in industry with fast-paced, high growth environment. Candidate need to have worked in wide variety of complex & demanding environment.   Not looking for generalist or T&D people.
