- Design the Talent Strategy for the Company, in line with Group, Region and HQ to assure it is aligned with business requirements - focused on building continuity of future leadership pipeline across employee segments / functions.
- Design and drive the signature talent management process for the management trainees (Discover Program)
- Drive Diversity & Inclusivity interventions around the group D&I strategy.
- Capability Development
- Create a national L&D roadmap, aligned with Firm L&D strategy to support existing & new business growth
- Institutionalise the competency framework and evolve a capability building methodology
Employee Engagement:
- Design interventions to build the firm culture by sustaining employee engagement index through effective engagement interventions
