Our client is one of the leading multi national financial institutions featuring in the top 200 of the Fortune list with a very strong and commanding India Presence.

Our Client is looking at an exceptional talent with strong credentials & exposure to Lead the Talent Management & Diversity center of excellence for an employee strength in excess of 11000 and growing.

Job description :

The role reports to the CHRO & has 2- 4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Management :

- Lead the talent review processes for the country including preparation for the CEO country review

- Lead the performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building

- Support the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent

- Liaise with Learning & Development COE for design and execution of various develop interventions impacting the above mentioned population.

- Partner closely with Senior HR Advisors to develop and implement various organization development interventions that impact the business and people outcomes.

Diversity :

- Implement & support organisation's talent and diversity initiatives for the country in partnership with the India diversity council, while partnering closely with Senior HR Advisors and regional diversity team to develop and execute short and long-term HR strategies to grow and develop talent and continue to broaden the diversity agenda.

- Create diversity action plans working with the Sr. HR advisors and senior business leaders to address any areas of opportunity and drive diversity throughout the organization

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 2 years full time MBA/Masters (2001-2003 Batch) from a tier 1 college ONLY in Human Resources, OD or psychology preferred.

- Overall 12 -15 years of experience majority of which should be with at least 2-4 years in a talent management/OD roles in a company of international repute. People from Financial Institutions/Banks would be preferred.

NOTE : People Who have done 2 years full time MBA/MA from top ranked business schools would be preferred. Not looking at people who have done executive course/correspondence MBA.
