About our Client : Our client is a leading Indian conglomerate with diversified operations across services as well as manufacturing industries. With a history of excellence in diverse industries headquartered in India, they also have expansive international operations. They are currently looking for a Head Talent Management & Change to evolve their talent organization across their multiple business entities. This role is based out of New Delhi.

Job Description : Reporting into the Group HR Head, you will work along with senior stakeholders across all holding companies with you main responsibilities including:

- Be a strategic adviser to various function heads on all aspects of people management; work closely with the CXOs to support the top leadership team play their dual roles as individual leaders, and as a collective group.

- Define the HR strategy in line with expansion objectives; create long and short term HR Roadmaps to achieve the strategy.

- Create the HR requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and programs; deliver high-quality solutions and services.

- Integrate HR systems, policies and practices to drive a consistent high-quality employee experience across the company.

- Lead the HR to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in all areas of HR - Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture.

- Design and implement programs for the identification and development

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a HR professional with at least 8 years of experience ideally with a blend of exposure in talent consulting as well as talent management in an industry role.

- An ability to design as well as implement and effectively partner with senior stakeholders will be critical in your success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
