To strengthen their team in the HR function (Within COE area) they are looking to hire an extremely competent HR professional as the Head of Talent Management.  Position : Head - Talent Management  Reports To : Head HR  Role Purpose :  - The role is responsible for leading Talent Management function (PMS, Career Ecosystem, TA etc) for the organization. The role reports to the HR Head and is required to work with senior stakeholders located globally.   KRA's :  - Develop a robust leadership succession framework and design systems to identify and develop the high potential talent.  - Design and institutionalize talent development framework to support accelerated learning and strengthening the organization capability.  Requirement :  - 2 year Full time MBA from a tier 1 Business School (TISS/XLRI/IMT/SIBM/XIMB) with 8-11 years of post-qualification experience.  - The ideal candidate would have a good mix of Business HR and HR CoE (OD, OE, Leadership Development) experience and should have worked in reputed companies renowned for their HR practices.  - The candidate must have been in roles where they have been exposed to working with senior leaders independently.
