They are looking for a senior HR professional to lead the talent management, talent development, training, organization design, leadership development for the organization in India. We are looking for diversity candidates with strong experience in OD, talent development, succession planning, performance management and leadership development etc. within FMCG or Manufacturing environment.
Job Description :
Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include :
- Provide leadership in developing and delivering TM & OD plan for the organization
- Lead the design and secure high quality delivery of TM & OD interventions
- Transform current practices of performance management, succession planning and talent management
- Provide support and expert input to HRBP's and business leaders on business strategy
- Work closely with HRBP
