Opportunity with one of the India's leading Company in Manufacturing Industry for the position of Head-Talent Development based in Mumbai.

Desired Profile:

- Must have minimum 10+ years experience in facilitating & leading Organization Capability Agenda along with HR process maturity and operations.

- Should have knowledge of contemporary Talent Development practices.

- Should have relevant experience in similar role in Talent Management / Talent Development

Preferred Industry:- FMCG/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Industries.

Note: Preferably Female Candidates required.

Designation: Head-Talent Development

Reporting to: Chief People Officer

Location: Mumbai (Western Line)

Responsibilities:

- He/ She will be the owner / facilitator of Company with key focus on organizational capability building through effective training needs analysis and providing capability building solution through Company's competency framework. The deliverables also includes ROI of all training & leadership development programme including training effectiveness implementation on sustainable basis.

- High emphasis on leading & executing activities relating to Organisation capability building and putting systems of need analysis; measuring & reporting effectiveness and impact on key strategic and business results.

- Should have hands on exposure in SAP environment on PMS, L&D module besides having implemented e-learning platforms and created dashboard to measure the benefits and ROI.

- Lead & facilitate internal talent to grow for key positions through succession planning and career planning management.

- To lead Talent planning & review for all Manager above positions and supporting individual development plan for achieving the same.

- To aggressively work towards Employer Branding and building the network of Learning partners for institutionalization of learning infrastructure. Bring new ways of building learning culture within Organization

- Supporting HR operation Manager on critical and essential hiring & strengthening HR operations maturity on time bound basis.

- Taking new initiatives in the areas of Talent Management & Development and retention such as Talent Development Centre / Management Development programme / Higher education initiative etc.

- To lead initiatives as given by Head-HR from time to time
