Overview:  This position will lead the recruiting team to source and acquire candidates for critical positions across the organization for India and Foreign Offices, while delivering Talent Acquisition initiatives and an exceptional hiring manager experience. The role holder also acts as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition and pro-actively manages the recruitment team and the third party vendors.  The position will report to the Shared Services Head with a matrix reporting to Group Head - HR. Job Role:  - Manage resource allocation within the recruitment team to ensure appropriate recruiting services provision for professional and critical hiring requirements as per the agreed service levels (SLAs)  - Ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demand for professional and niche skilled requirements  - Will be responsible for Workforce Planning & HR Branding with respective stakeholders.  - Design and implement external candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and hire a highly qualified workforce  - Up-skill recruiting and sourcing specialist(s) to embed best practices of talent acquisition process into the recruitment team and to handle hiring at all levels  - Act as an escalation point in relation to recruitment service delivery issues and to effectively manage the internal recruitment team  - Foster collaboration within the recruitment team, and liaise with business stake holders and hiring managers  - Provide recruiting direction and leadership as part of the HR Services Leadership Team.  - Establish highly efficient and effective work procedures to ensure high quality recruiting services are provided  - Internal stakeholder facing role and will be responsible for weekly/monthly reviews  - Contribute to a positive team culture and working environment  - Retain managerial responsibility for own team and follow leadership standards.  - Will also be responsible for Contract Staffing requirements  TASKS:  - Manage delivery of end to end Recruiting service across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing, and contracting  - Responsible for candidate tracking to drive efficiencies and to push the strategic direction of effectively engaging the candidate at all stages in the process  - Measure, assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Recruitment team  - Working with preferred list of vendors and continuous process monitoring through vendor evaluations and management  - Keeping abreast of market intelligence and industry trends   Key Required Skills and Expectations:  - MBA /PGDM or Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred  - Hiring experience in Services industry (Preferably with Tier 1 / Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities hiring in India)  - 15+ years' of relevant work experience in extensive hands-on hiring experience as both individual contributor and team manager  - Mumbai based candidates are preferred for this role  - Should have strong orientation towards analytics and data analysis.  - Must have had exposure in handling the hiring across levels especially senior level positions  - Must have experience working closely with hiring managers executing and delivering full life cycle recruiting activities with proven results in order to mentor/coach team in replicating this success  - Having thorough understanding of background screening, data protection etc.  - Having an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to Sourcing, Qualifying, Networking, Assessing, Job analysis, Wage and salary trends, Benefits negotiation, Salary fitments, Relationship management, Online recruitment management, etc.  - Must possess excellent project management and organization skills in order to work and lead several initiatives simultaneously, effectively and efficiently  - Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources including advanced use of social networking sites, for passive and active candidate recruitment  - Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment where collaboration, cooperation, consensus building, persuasion and a team approach to management is the norm.  - Individual who has the ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible  - Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity  - A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity
