Roles And Responsibilities :
- Resource Allocation
- Business stakeholder/ hiring manager management for niche and volume skill sets
- Best practices development and management
- Team leadership and related L&D for upgrading skill sets
- Escalation management in service delivery
- Manage important talent acquisition metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) like Speed Metrics, Quality Metrics, Productivity Metrics, Cost Metrics
- Periodic reviews/ MIS for leadership team.
- Vendor management and evaluation
Required Experience :
- 14-18 Years in technology hiring preferably in telecom domain
- Demonstrated experience of managing recruitment metrics
- Team management experience
- Strong stakeholder management/ business unit management experience
- Full recruitment life-cycle experience including from sourcing till on-boarding for junior till senior level positions.
