About our Client : Our client is an American multinational and a globally established provider of luxury and consumer retail goods. Headquartered in Delhi, they are now looking to aggressively expand their footprint across India and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head for their India operations. This role is based of their corporate office in Delhi.

Job Description: Reporting to a Head of Human Resources, you will head the entire Talent Acquisition function for the organization, and be based in the Delhi corporate office.

- Your responsibilities will encompass the entire talent acquisition strategy of the organization in India as it looks to extensively expand store operations across India in the next coming years.

- The human resources team is fairly lean at the moment, and you will have support from three established team members handling operations in talent acquisition.

- Given the expansion plans of the organization in India, you will be expected to play an especially stellar role in talent acquisition, as well as introducing and implementing any relevant processes required to support a larger organization.

The Successful Candidate: This is clearly a challenging and intense assignment and we require individuals with the following attributes:

- Excellent educational pedigree in human resources

- At least 8 years experience in the talent acquisition function with an exposure to retail

- Highly skilled communicator
