Roles & Responsibilities :
As a Recruitment head, you will be responsible for recruitment function. You are required to experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
- The candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Ability to have strong business focus and commitment to continuous improvement, proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Manage a team of Recruiters, Associate recruiter and Recruitment Coordinators.
- Hire and develop the best talent in the recruiting team, provide clear expectations to achieve our high performance goals. Coach, motivate and rewarding them.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the market, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal/external stakeholders.
- Achieve targeted productivity levels/SLAs for the team.
- Building Recruitment processes from scratch.
Desirable Profile :
- Minimum 6-13 years of experience in results-oriented environment is essential.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a team size of 4-5 recruiters/ executives
- Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team
- MBA is essential from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
