Role :

Lead the Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for identification, attraction, selection, on-boarding and development highly talented Tech Talent who shapes the way Walmart's customer shop online. Own and deliver the entire recruitment process for the eCommerce divisions which requires extensive stakeholder management and team management.

Drive key executive searches and executive assessment to determine fit and level of executive talent for the right roles and teams.

Responsibilities :

- A highly Agile and Dynamic professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in the area of Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, University Relations for Rookie Hiring, Brand Building and Recruitment Programs across Product Enterprise and E-commerce Organizations.

- Adept in running Talent Acquisition Organisation for eCommerce / Payment / Startup set ups in a highly challenging environments.

- Possess expertise in setting up teams for delivery and act as go to person for all talent related requirements of the organisation.

- Proficient in managing and leading teams for running successful processes, TA operations and strategic Initiatives for business excellence for delivery.

- Have actively led & worked with cross cultural teams across verticals & in large & Global organizations.

- Proficient in communicating ideas and executing goals across all levels, global environments, cross cultural teams within organisation.

- Relies heavily on data and use the same for effective business decisions.

- Highly hands on Recruiter who loves to mentor, coach, nurture, motivate, develop and grow teams.

- Always a learner and doer who believes in setting high standards and raising bar.
