Head - Talent Acquisition - NBFC

Client- Establish NBFC focused towards quality portfolio in SME and consumer finance.

Role- Talent Acquisition Head

Reporting to Head of HR.

The role is a mix of strategic engagement as well as effective operations management.

The organization is poised towards high-speed growth hence the role will include but not be limited to

1. Setting up the overall HR recruitment strategy for the business.

2. Be a solution provider and enabler for the business. To partner with the larger HR team for the organizational objective/goals.

3. Owning up the end to end recruiting delivery on the parameters like sourcing mix, cost per hiring and operational excellence.

4. Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position as an Employer of Choice in the market

5. To have regular connect with Business Stakeholders on a weekly basis.

6. Assist in digitalizing the talent acquisition processes on internal ATS

7. Lead the development of Talent Acquisition strategy in support of corporate goals and in alignment with our corporate values

8. Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

1. MBA - HR or equivalent from premium business school

2. 12-14 Yrs of experience in Recruiting (Recruiting Delivery for High Volume Hiring needs) function / Cost Control / Campus Strategy.

3. Experience in creating and executing Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning strategies in a fast paced, high growth multiple site environment.
