Role and Responsibility:
- The role aims to manage the Talent Management function of the organization independently.
- Drive and Strategize HR Process for driving Senior level hiring, Campus hiring independently.
- Ability to handle/manage Change initiative in the organisation Independently.
- Strategize and build leadership pipeline and identify succession planning initiatives.
Requirement:
- Individual with 10+years of experience into Talent Acquisition, Strategic role.
- Candidate with exposure into Banking, BPO hiring will be preferred.
