Location: Bangalore
Candidate reporting to Head Human Resources India will manage a team of 4 to 6 people and ensure high calibre candidates are attracted to the business. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining a recruitment strategy that will support the business. The Head Talent Acquisition will advice and guide Business Heads and Head HR India to decide on future recruitment plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence within the talent acquisition and resourcing team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders based in, UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific to understand requirements and plan for future business needs.
- Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends.
- Leverage a combination of network, direct sourcing and external searches to deploy effective recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with Business’s mobility team
- Shaping and developing a resourcing function that can support the business growth.
Skills Required:
- Experience in managing a team and putting together a recruitment strategy.
- Strong end to end recruitment experience sourcing/attracting candidates through a variety of networks.
- Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders and provide them with a consultative approach to recruitment.
- Experience in Taleo Applicant Tracking system preferred.
Education: Preferably an MBA from Tier 1 organization
Experience: 10 - 15+ years
