Head - Talent Acquisition - IT (12-20 yrs)
Looking for a recruiting leader. Candidates meeting the following requirements may apply:
1. Experience of leading a team of 10 people for the past 5 years
2. Hiring of Big data resources is a must
3. Experience of hiring in an IT company for at least 10 years
4. Willing to learn and develop oneself and is open to feedback
5. Possesses excellent stakeholder management skills
6. Highly result oriented
7. Flawless written and verbal communication skills
8. Someone who is a great leader of his/ her team
9. Preferred BE+ MBA, BE or MBA will also be considered
10. Willing to go through the demands of hiring in a high growth IT company
