Head - Talent Acquisition - Healthcare BPO (12-18 yrs)
Role is responsible for driving Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery across levels PAN India.
- Will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters across locations.
- Recruitment experience in BPO industry mandatory
Role would require working in afternoon shifts
Our client is a Healthcare BPO with about 6000+ employees across domestic and international locations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Talent Acquisition PAN India across all levels, and drive the strategy and delivery
- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT
- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Own accountability for Talent Acquisition Policies, frameworks & governance.
- Process and performance improvement
Ideal Candidate :
- 12-18 years experience, with expertise in leading hiring.
- BPO hiring experience mandatory
- Conversant with building Talent acquisition Policies and frameworks, and overall construct
- Ability to build processes, drive process improvements.
- Strong industry and functional knowledge
- Able relationship building skills.
