Job Title : Head Talent Acquisition

Salary : Max is 18 lacs

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & deploy recruitment processes and policies

- Engage with key stakeholders for manpower projections and devise hiring strategy accordingly

- Develop and implement a campus engagement strategy

- Devise and implement practices that help in making the organization an employer of choice

- Manage the recruitment process by ensuring the closure of positions on time

- Closely partner with the hiring managers and understand manpower requirements

- Engage with all recruitment service providers and maximise efficiencies

- Strategize and develop all possible (conventional/non-conventional) channels of sourcing

- Work on building diversity in the organization

- Manage a team of 5-6 recruiters

Preferred Skills :

- Full Time MBA from Tier I/II colleges

- 7 to 9 years of HR experience

- Experience of both designing and executing Talent acquisition processes and practices
