Designation: Talent Acquisition (Head)

Job Location: Chennai

Job Requirement:

- 12+ years of managerial experience in a similar specialist role, coupled with the enthusiasm and energy to establish a bestinclass talent acquisition function

- Able to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously and within tight deadline

- Change agent, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work in a fast paced business environment.

- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and to build and maintain a customer oriented and responsive team

- Demonstrated experience in applying leading recruiting practices and competency/behavioural based assessment techniques and adept with using a variety of recruiting technologies to source talent, including experience in designing and executing social media, and employment branding strategies

- Possess analytical skills and ability to manage various metrics and able to see connections in data and identify trends and action accordingly.

- Proven track record of success in attracting a diverse array of qualified talent

- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to engage key stakeholders, internally and externally, at different levels

- Strong written communication skills including preparation and presentation of management reports and the articulation of meaningful talent acquisition metrics

Experience : 12 +
