We have been retained by our client to hire an AVP- Talent Acquisition

The Role would be heading the TA function for an entire division.

Would have a Pan India responsibility.

Would handle a team size of 5/6

Must have 12 years experience in TA ( Max age 40)

Would be responsible for the entire TA function including lateral and campus.

Would involve travel to other locations.

Prior experience in campus hiring is needed.

Must have a Full time MBA from a top institute

Must be from a man power intensive industry.
