We have a leadership role of Talent Acquisition Head with one of my MNC client based in Gurgaon.

Must Have :
- Currently working with MNC BFSI organization
- Handling a big team who have up to 10+ years of experience
Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition (End to End Recruitment cycle management)
- Filtering, Planning, Coordinating Interviews, reference checks and releasing documents for offer to Opns team
- Manpower planning & budgeting
- Work Closely with Business
- Vendor Management
- Recruitment MIS
- Require to Travel within India and Twice to United States in a year
