The role holder will facilitate delivery of the Talent Acquisition agenda from an HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) Operations perspective, ensuring a strong control environment, the integrity and availability of Talent Acquisition production data, a fit for purpose platform and full implementation of global processes.
The role holder is accountable for Talent Acquisition Operations - HR SSC including International Mobility (IM), Talent Acquisition (TA) Service Delivery; IM and TA reporting and analytics; system management; and risk and compliance; working closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations/Delivery heads, Talent Acquisition COE, HRSSC and GTO to optimize operational efficiency/delivery.
