The role holder will facilitate delivery of the Talent Acquisition agenda from an HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) Operations perspective, ensuring a strong control environment, the integrity and availability of Talent Acquisition production data, a fit for purpose platform and full implementation of global processes.

The role holder is accountable for Talent Acquisition Operations - HR SSC including International Mobility (IM), Talent Acquisition (TA) Service Delivery; IM and TA reporting and analytics; system management; and risk and compliance; working closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations/Delivery heads, Talent Acquisition COE, HRSSC and GTO to optimize operational efficiency/delivery.

Qualifications of Incumbent - MBA

Years of Experience of Incumbent - 15-20 Years

Direct Span of Role - Number of Direct reports - 5-8

List the designations of direct reports - VP, AVP (Bands 4/5)

Does the role have a regional or country level responsibility?

Global operations responsibility @ GSSC, India

Role reports into Head HR SSC and Head of Talent Acquisition Operations
