Legal Head
She/he shall be responsible for the strategic and tactical support of all software applications developed by company. To manage and support current and new applications
- Provide hands-on technical management and manage a team of Engineers that provide technical problem resolution issues that arise within our customer facing applications
- Manage and empower a team of Engineers that are responsible for providing 24/7 Application Support
- The primary responsibility for the overall support of customer facing applications. This support includes fixing software defects, providing configuration assistance, helping with operational/data issues and developing modifications/extensions
- Must be proactive in identifying critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and then drive issues to closure.
- Develop professional relationships with external clients and internal team members.
- Completes project status reports and actively participates in status meetings with various stake holders
- She/he needs to design, develop and implement a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Application Support and customers and ensure the terms are met or exceeded on a regular basis
- Establish new process to improve stake holder satisfaction
- To training the existing staff
- Additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time
- To adhere all the organizational process and policies
Healthcare domain experience is must
Qualification: Bachelor/ Masters in Engineering in Computer Science or IT
