Head - Supply Planning - FMCG

JOB DESCRIPTION (Describe key result areas / main job functions)

- Manage Central Supply planning cell

- Ensure Mfg units produce based on TOC color Priorities.

- Interact with the Divisions, Operations, purchase, SCM, R& D and maintenance function on issues related to production execution

- Coordinate with units for Machine availability/ planning, RM/PM availability, Production adherence, FG dispatch coordination, NPD planning.

- Participate in S&OP process, capacity planning and NPD process

- Ensure timely release of production plan (YPM) to units and monitor production plan vs actual production.

- Follow up with units on transfer of Captives/ RM and prioritizing productions and Ensure Captive requirements are serviced on timely manner.

- Schedule and conduct bucket exception meetings with divisions, participate in long term capacity planning

- Analyze the Black and Red priority items. Ensure prioritization to reduce black and red count.

- Monitor RM/ PM/ FG- SLOB levels at units- Meeting with Marketing /R&D /QA to salvage

- Support and maintain the PP - SAP module and resolve the unit level issues.
