Job Description :
- Based out of the Head office in Mumbai, you will lead your team and the supply chain transformation agenda, all with the aim of creating capacity for growth to meet current and future business needs of the organisation.
- Design, create and execute the 3-5 year supply chain transformation plan, ensuring alignment to strategic goals of Supply Chain and the wider Business
- Set up a centralized supply chain function across plants, taking care of sourcing and procurement, logistics (Domestic + Exports)
- Lead vendor/partner management initiative
- Liaise with planning teams at plants to prevent stock outs
- Customer focused production planning ensuring optimum service levels
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Third party logistics (3PL) contract management
- Educate, train and deliver performance improvement initiatives in support of logistics and planning objectives, through adoption and execution of Lean Thinking and Techniques
Profile :
- 15-20 year's Supply chain experience within healthcare industry
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership skills
- MBA or equivalent degree in Supply chain management
- Be an excellent stakeholder manager who drives for continuous improvement and who has experience of implementing procedures
