Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics: Head-SCM for a professionally managed mid-sized Retail org.based in Delhi

Company Profile: Currently we have a suitable vacancy as Head-SCM based in Delhi with our clients who a mid-sized, leading, professionally managed, very rapidly-expanding retail organisation (operating from over 25 locations in India)-leaders in their field. They are into retail of fmcg, OTC, healthcare, foods, nutrition, pharma products through exclusive owned/franchise outlets. The organisation plans to double the number of stores in next 12 months.

The position heads the Supply Chain management function, reports to the CEO and leads a large team of SCM professionals. Our clients offer excellent salry/perks and career growth paths.

Purpose of Job: Heading the end-to-end SCM function covering both inbound & outbound logistics. Would also cover handling contract manufacturing, packaging for owned inhouse private labels.

Candidate Profile:

Engineers/MBAs with 12-22 years experience in SCM in Retail, FMCG, OTC, healthcare, foods, pharma, nutrition, 3PL organisations.

Must have led a large team of professionals and have experience in inbound /outbound logistics and contract manufacturing
