We are looking at candidates only from BFSI/NBFC with expertise in Supply-chain products (Anchor Role)  Principal Accountability :  Jointly develop and provide inputs to the growth plan for the supply chain business, both from a short and long term perspective  Perform a detailed analysis of high potential business areas in group and non-group businesses  Assess competitive offerings by banks and other NBFCs and develop unique value propositions for potential anchor companies  Oversee the execution of market surveys and analytics to identify customer segments for the supply chain business; determine the size, needs and potential profitability of these segments to plan product offering priorities and strategies  Provide inputs to the development of the overall supply chain business plan in terms of growth targets, target segments and new product offerings  Drive superior business development initiatives to facilitate volumes growth and customer expansion  Engage with key stakeholders across potential anchor businesses, building strong networks with the objective of business development
