Head - Supply Chain Management - Mfg

Position: Head - Supply Chain Management (leading Manufacturing MNC)

Role:

- Position reports into the MD of the organisation

- To formulate and ensure implementation of Supply Chain Strategy in line with organisational business strategy

- To oversee pan-India SCM function and ensure that all aspects of SCM - Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Custom Clearing etc. run smoothly and efficiently

- To improve SCM efficiencies by implementing process improvements

- Provide Leadership to the team

- Vendor Management

- Procure traded products from overseas

- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders

Requirements:

- Engg + MBA in Materials/ Operations

- 16+ yrs of experience in working in Manufacturing, Construction Products or Metal Industry

- Should have had at least 3 yrs of working at a senior level reporting to the MD/CEO

- Should have experience and knowledge of all aspects of SCM
