Great opportunity to design and execute end-to-end supply chain involving variety of manufacturing, logistics, design and implementation partners.   Roles & Responsibilities:  Conceptualise and execute Sourcing, Manufacturing, Delivery and Installation process of various elements ordered by customers pertaining to home/office interior category  Lead the interior infrastructure work from inception till completion of the project through in-house and partner teams  Empanel vendors for various elements, optimize designs for profitability and ensure timely deliveries  Requires analytical skills and deep understanding of COGS, Freight, Installation and related costs  Technical understanding of Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes, Furniture, Furnishings, D- cor categories for home / office interior elements  Design processes and improve them for superior customer experience  Lead and manage operations   Good communication skills  BE + MBA from top schools preferred  Past experience in modular kitchen / furniture / decor / furnishings / workstations must  Compensation: Best in the Industry + Equity   Note : Please apply if you are from Home / Office Interiors background only
