Company was started by a group of graduates from IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi. The team consists of members who bring together a variety of rich experience from companies like Microsoft, Opera Solutions, Gravitas, ITC, PayPal, Infosys etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the effort of designing & scaling supply chain fulfillment processes with focus on elements critical for building effective B2B end to end logistics operations.

- Build strong capabilities across multiple transport modes to develop the most efficient and economical transportation.

- Lead supply chain improvement initiatives at all levels to drive customer delight and improve their loyalty.

- Build tracking mechanism for automatic tracking of small to large shipments.

- Develop strong association with 3rd party logistics and fulfillment centre service providers to build and grow PAN India logistics coverage.

- Partner with product team to design & build scalable technology tools, measures & dashboards.

- Define SLAs and metrics across the supply chain functions and strive to beat the goals and targets.

- Ensure smooth operations of warehouse and fulfillment center; streamlining process for material movement maintaining maximum space utilization.

- Build & lead a strong, high performing team of dynamic professionals by providing coaching & mentorship.

- Leverage analytics to extract insights from data using latest internal & external data and communicate appropriate triggers & actions to team.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations.

- Hands on individual with sound understanding of eCommerce supply chain process and networks.

- Analytical & data driven mindset to solve problems.

- Ability to think & create processes that can drive scale.

- Go getter attitude.
