They are building up a new team in India and are looking for a seasoned professional to head the Stress Testing team

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Stress Testing & Risk Capital, you will hold the following responsibilities:

- Accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of all Stress Testing India deliverables

- Develop team members and maintain capabilities

- Day to day coordination of Stress Testing India Operations

- Engage and communicate with the management and head of Global Stress Testing

- Lead and motivate a team of 20+ members

Profile

As a successful candidate, you will have:

- Bachelors/Masters/PhD Degree in a quantitative discipline like quantitative finance, financial mathematics, economics, econometrics, financial economics, statistics etc.

- 12+ years of experience in the Risk domain (credit, market, ops) and stress testing

- Excellent knowledge of stress testing with a good insight into Business structures, portfolios/sectors and strategic plans

- Solid understanding of the regulatory and financial consequences of failures in stress testing processes

- Strong leadership and people management with a strong ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders
