Head - Strategy & PMO - Pharma (8-10 yrs)
Role: To support the organization (EPD) by driving strategic projects such as business model innovations, cost optimization, process improvement related projects.
To support the organization by:
- Project manage ‘One EPD India strategy implementation’.
- Developing business analytics, perspectives on industry and market, analysing performance of the different businesses
- In consultation with DVP and EPD leadership conceptualize commercial/ cross functional projects that will have significant impact on business outcomes
- Build project teams and governance mechanisms to monitor and execute the pre-decided projects and
demonstrate the business outcomes
- Broad project buckets would be related to
- Process simplification
- Business model innovations – e.g.
- Integrated rural go-to-market strategy.
- Cost optimization
Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 10 years in total experience; mix of industry and consulting experience with 4-5 years from top-tier consulting firm
- Pharma exposure is a must, either through consulting or through industry roles.
