Job Profile:
Project Management of Strategy and Operations improvement Projects
-Develop business case for Strategy/Operations projects
- Develop work plan including activities, analysis, deliverables, resources, stakeholder management, communication plan & ensure execution.
- Work with/manage project teams to help deliver projects. Specifically:
a) Guide teams in setting up and conducting analysis
b) Ensure project stays on time and key milestones are being met
c) Ensure stakeholder alignment
d) Facilitate decision making
e) Oversee/supervise & course correct execution
- Generate ideas for new projects: Keep a keen eye and ear on business performance/developments. Come up with new ideas/initiatives that would benefit the business.
Candidate Profile:
- Preferable prior work experience would include:
a) With leading consulting firms in the domains of strategy, operations improvement and change management
b) With leading companies (leaders in their domain) in strategy/PMO functions
- Work experience with a mix of consulting/PMP and line roles would be preferred
- Preferable education profile is Engineering + MBA or CA+MBA
- Overall work experience between 4 and 8 years
