Our Client is the largest Make in India STB manufacturer with presence across the country and catering to multiple operators in both Cable and DTH segments.  The company collaborates with some of the leading industry participants across CAS technology, middleware, chipset technologies and EMS houses . Their vision is to establish a leading consumer focused brand, and launch best-in- class products geared for the digital India consumer.  Towards that, we are looking for a Strategy Leader, equipped with 10+ years of experience and prior experience in transforming a nascent brand to one of top brands in the country, demonstrated ability to achieve high operational efficiency, harness key stakeholder relationships and strategic alliances with key chains. The target strategy leader will be responsible for detailed market assessments, monitor trends, forecast market developments, identify emerging opportunities and understand the competitive landscape. The person will have the ability to translate strategy into a tactical action plan across different regions, achieving growth, profitability and operational efficiency.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Detailed market assessments, monitor trends, forecast market developments, identify emerging opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.  - Identify key global macro trends, potential scenarios and the implications of these mega trends in transforming markets and product solutions.  - Ability to translate strategy into a tactical action plan across different regions, achieving growth, profitability and operational efficiency.  - Help company funnel and prioritize which opportunities fit best with the company&#39;s internal capabilities. Translate market, competitive, technical, regulatory and economic implications into specific growth opportunities.  - Speed the design and implementation of growth initiatives, reduce risk, stimulate problem-solving through a cross-industry perspective; improve contribution to the CEOâ€™s growth agenda  - Assess the companyâ€™s implementation skills, identify challenges, and devise improvement strategies  - Design go-to- market strategy techniques and address target market, product portfolio pricing and promotion strategy  - Commercial expertise in developing strategy across retail, wholesale, large format, ecommerce categories and channel demand generation through digital marketing.  - Design programs to embed VOC into the innovation and new product development process to inform product improvements and increase customer retention.  - Provide customer benchmarking, competitive rating, customer satisfaction, customer saturation, customer needs analysis and demand forecasting.  - Extensive knowledge and understanding of consumer technology, manufacturing strategy, sales &amp; marketing, product costing, channel and vendor development, distribution and operational efficiencies in Consumer Electronics domain.  - Maintain effective networks, enhance relationships, and advocate on behalf of the company with key government regulators, major commercial clients, other stakeholders  - Extensive exposure to an entrepreneurial environment.  KEY SKILLS:  - 8+ years of demonstrated leadership in strategy, operational expertise, sales &amp; Marketing, distribution  - Good Communication skills and proven ability to lead, mentor, motivate and work alongside a large team of qualified techno - commercial individuals.  - Critical Thinking  - Leadership skills, pro-active, persuasive orientation  - Flexible and adaptable, ability to adjust to changing priorities in fast-growth, dynamic environment.  MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  - MBA/ CA/ Engineering discipline  - 8 plus years of experience in Consumer Electronics domain
