Position: Head Sports Sponsorship (Marketing)  Reports to: CEO- Sports  Location: Mumbai  Company: Top Conglomerate   Job Description:  1. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing plan that will enhance the Organization's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications.  2. Plan and Execute effective 360 deg plan to gain public attention for the organization and create a strong brand value.   3. Negotiate key partnerships and identify effective marketing opportunities.  4. Identify and generate sponsorship/tie-ups for the organization.  5. Responsible for the achievement of marketing/ mission, goals and financial objectives.  6. Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for marketing activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.  7.Ensure relevant market research is conducted and marketing trends are efficiently monitored.  8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for CEO, to track progress of the success of the planned strategies.  9. Identify appropriate and effective channel of advertising and negotiate key advertising arrangements.  Education and Experience:  1.
