Requirement for the Job Profile with Key Skills & Abilities :

- Purchase Management / Vendor Development / Business Growth / Purchase Planning/ Auditing / Purchase Orders / Ordering Process / Vendor Audit / Management Audit / Material Management / Inventory Control / Cost Reduction / Negotiation

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partners / conducting pre-selection vendor audits

- Procurement of Construction Material / Spares & Part / Import Procurement / Subcontractor Services / Equipment Hire / Capex Procurement / Transportation

- Having vendor database, knowledge of different type of Agreement

- Formulation & implementing procurement strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification

- KPI & KRA for procurement/ Vender co-ordination / developing Partners / maintaining long term agreement

- Evaluation & Rating of Vendor & Partners

- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients

- Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts

- Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements / Talent in negotiations and networking.
