About Project/Process
- The Sourcing and Procurement Team commits to all our stakeholders the highest levels of performance, fairness, quality, speed and efficiency in purchasing. It contributes to risk management and optimizing the net banking income for the Company and the Group in turn
- The Sourcing Division is responsible for managing relationships with the Company's suppliers, a task in which it plays three different roles:
- Strategic: Developing policies which guarantee efficient access to resource
- Normative: Defining the standards and procedures which guarantee Sourcing Performance
- Operational: Optimizing the costs of goods and services
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and monitoring performance
- Act as a strategic contributor to Company goals, and leverage the Indian industry
- Develop and deliver a Procurement Strategy across Company to deliver the target benefits and financial savings including approving each category manager's purchase category strategy and savings plans
- Engage support and agreement for the strategy from key stakeholders so that implementation and compliance are optimal; promote the effective management of suppliers to sustain value throughout the life of the contract
- Establish new processes and systems for effective procurement
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for evaluating change, improvement and efficiency analysis.
- Hire, train, manage and mentor employees within the department.
- Master logistics and cost-effectively manage inventory.
- Effective and focused Management Reporting to top levels of the organization
