Client Details

Our client is one of the leading Auto Components Suppliers in the world with a significant presence across close to 50 countries. They are always at the forefront of constant innovation and R&D, and are renowned for the impressive product range. Over the years, they have established a strong presence in the India Market, and are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head of Sourcing, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Operations Director, you will be responsible for -

- Managing the Sourcing Strategy for the company end to end

- Managing relationships with key strategic vendors (both local and global)

- Establishing relationships with new vendors

- Spearheading various projects to drive operational efficiency across the Supply Chain

- Liaising extensively with internal stakeholders to align the Sourcing Strategy with overall business objectives

- Leading a team of professionals, and being responsible for the growth and development

Profile

You will be an Engineering Graduate with around 15 years of experience in core Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management roles. Prior experience of having working in the Auto, Auto Components, OEM Industry is a must. Additionally, if you have managed relationships with global vendors, then that would be considered a plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent team management and negotiation skills.
