Head - Solutions Delivery - IoT Solutions (Transport, Logistics, fleet management) - IIT/NIT/BITS  Our IT Solutions start-up client in Bangalore (IoT) is looking to hire a smart, business and tech-savvy Solutions Delivery Head. This is a customer facing role and will be responsible for revenues.  MUST HAVE: TRANSPORT, LOGISTICS OR FLEET MANAGEMENT IoT EXPERIENCE  Are you willing to take a risk in joining a start up, with start up compensation (no funding yet being looked at, funding possibly may happen in the latter part of the year)-   Love travelling- - Travel overseas to meet clients estimated at not more than 3-4 times a year to start with - after a year or two, you would have the opportunity to travel extensively within APAC and Europe.  Qualification: B.Tech/B.E / M.Tech / M.E / MCA etc in IT or Computer Science or related fields from IIT/ NIT/ BITS (Top 50 Engineering colleges in India).  Start-up compensation: 30 L to max 40 L fixed + attractive revenue based incentives + ESOPs  Please apply ONLY if, after reading the entire JD including technical and behavioural competencies that would be required, you find it not just a match with your profile but also an exciting opportunity / journey and one that you have been looking for  Responsibilities/Role/Capabilities  Build technical proposals and provide effort estimates given customer requirements  Manage requirements & customer interfaces  Demonstrated capability to build end-to-end solution requirements documents, covering use cases completely, including exception use cases.  Familiar with UML tools for building and documenting use cases  Should have architected/designed large scale SaaS systems in the last 5 years  Demonstrated capability to manage, grow and increase capabilities of large teams - 200+  Familiarity with technologies like blockchain, Akka, Scala, Docker, Ansible in addition to more conventional stacks like Linux, java, Node.js, AngularJS  Experience designing, implementing and managing implementation of software systems on AWS and other cloud systems   Responsible for carrying requirements through development and deployment, managing all changes  Demonstrated ability to work in an agile project environment, familiarity with scrum  Should be capable of jumping in and reviewing design & code, if required  Reports to executive management on progress of project deliveries  Works with project manager to formulate plan for project delivery & monitoring, reporting  Responsible for delivery excellence and customer satisfaction  Familiar with agile techniques, delivery models  Software quality & engineering management should be a demonstrable strength  Technical skills are a must  Strong people management skills  Demonstrated organizational skills - should be able to set up and operate an effective software solution delivery organization  Skills/experience  Technical experience in embedded systems(Optional), secure platforms (Must have)  Domain expertise in fleet management solutions, transport or logistics solutions (must have) and/or industrial automation(must have)  Cloud based development experience a necessity  Mobile development experience a strong plus  Good communicator - both spoken, written and presentations  Overall experience, showing progressively increasing scope and responsibility, for 18+ years, 15+ can be considered for exceptional candidates  Basic Readiness  Client Focused Role  Readiness to work at client location in multiple cities across India for some time (6 months at least) is desired.
