HEAD SOLUTIONING (US Provider focused)  - Healthcare Experience. Work experience of minimum of 10 + years in a Healthcare focused IT company.  - Familiarity with HC data, Standards, Regulatory programs such as meaningful use, MACRA, PQRS.  - Familiarity with HC Reporting and Analytics.  - Deliver in at least 3 HC projects for US clients   - At least 2 projects completed onsite  - Consultative Approach - Preferably been part of an IT/ consulting team based out of India  - Business Development - Experience in owning the task of writing RFPs with multi -team involvement and coordinating the entire work  - Has the practice of being research driven, knowledge oriented, been part of a team developing Mindshare, highly presentable thought leading material  - Has been part of proposal defense team for HC BD presentations  - Has understanding of how research can help in developing a point of view and guiding work of presentations  - Team Management 2 years of team management experience  - Ability to assign and oversee work of team members  - Provide leadership in unstructured problems  - Set standards for the team and monitor / assist as required  - Excellent writing skills  - Excellent MST Office (Powerpoint and excel spreasdsheet) skill  - Excellent time management skills  - General Good Communication Skills  - Good analytical skills  - Good personality/ presence  - Good to have understanding HL7, CCD and claims Data formats  - Experience in Analytics/ dashboarding/ BI Solutions  - Experience in HIE work
