Top professionals build global careers here.  POSITION DESCRIPTION :   - Lead the social media team to strengthen the brand's digital presence by strategically developing and expanding the social media footprint of the group. Build an engaging and realistic vision of the brand's social media footprint.  - Develop credible and engaging content, and content-based initiatives, campaigns and contests. Monitor and maintain online reputation (ORM). Act as a Center of Excellence for Social Media at the group level, providing guidance to social media communicators in group companies. Drive and manage social media and ORM agency efforts, and ensure effective performance.   - Develop and drive global social media strategy for the corporate brand, from platforms to content pipeline. Create and manage a rich content calendar using an editorial perspective to attract high quality audience to owned properties.   - Build brand ambassadors and influencers via social channels. Lead the deployment and use of social listening and engagement tools, and use insights to improve online brand sentiment.   - Leverage enhanced social analytics to identify and mitigate potential reputation issues online. Strategically deploy rapidly evolving technologies and channels in the online space including Paid (e.g., media buys, paid search), Owned (e.g., websites, mobile, apps, and email) and Earned (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) media.  - Deliver analytics that measure the overall impact of content and campaigns, social media outreach & engagement and build a data driven approach for all initiatives. Maintain and create trackers for measuring key brand metrics - e.g. research, spends, engagement etc.  - Manage the relationship between internal and external teams (Brand, Media, Publications, group companies- social media teams etc.); be the key liaison between the agency and brand teams. Regularly review agency statements of work and progress against plan throughout digital projects.   - Act as a trusted, independent strategic advisor and provide status updates and briefings on social media roadmap initiatives to senior leadership. Create processes to govern all social content, including both corporate & user-generated content.   - Contribute towards developing the organisation's policy on social media interactions & processes, and be responsible for providing guidance to adhere to such policies and processes.   - Develop digital communications and content guidelines, and ensure that the guidelines are adhered to across all the channels and assets. Assist capability building via sharing best industry and internal practice. Manage social media budget and costs. Liaise with the legal and customer engagement teams, as required.  HIRING PROFILE :  - Post Graduate from a reputed educational institution with 11-14 years of relevant communications experience with a strong focus on content and social media strategy/execution. Deep experience in managing content/editorial teams.  - Demonstrated team leadership skills. Deep knowledge of digital assets and social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Instagram, Pinterest etc.  - Exposure to social media engagement, in the corporate communications or marketing functions of a company or in a leading PR/ digital media agency.  - Must have managed large consumer facing brands with track record in leveraging social media successfully. Experience in driving user engagement, acquisition and loyalty for a corporate brand. Understanding of marketing and brand development principles.  - Data, analytics, and metrics oriented. Interest in and exposure to design, aesthetics and layout. Exposure to advertisement/social media campaign creation and customer relationship management.
